Howdy Folks,

It's been a while since I last posted. Journals aren't really my thing so I don't intend to type much.
I haven't been posting many shots lately either, mostly cause I've been too busy to take any shots,
although I have gotten out every now and then, even if it's round the neighbourhood or while on my
way to work.

I've also been building up on my gear. In the last couple months I've acquired gear here and there,
mostly second hand gear, although most of it in near new condition.

My gear has now expanded to include :

Canon EOS 30D Body + BG-E2 Battery Grip + 2 x Genuine Canon Batts
Sigma AF 17-70mm f/2.8-4.5 DC Macro
Sigma AF 30mm f/1.4 DC HSM
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II
Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L USM
430EX Speedlite
550EX Speedlite
Hoya Circular Polarising and UV Filters
Manfrotto 190XPROB Tripod
Manfrotto 804RC2 Head
Manfrotto 679B Monopod
Manfrotto 234RC Head
Crumpler 7 Million Dollar Home (bag)

It's a really nice kit and I'm very very happy with it. Will be looking at three more lenses to complete
the kit. Those three being the :
Sigma 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6 EX DC HSM (Ultra Wide Angle Lens)
Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM (Telephoto Lens/Low Light Portrait)
Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM (Macro Lens)

Hopefully I'll be able to pick them up some time in the future.

Anyways I should head to bed (currently 3:46am)

Well if you think photos like this - [link] will get you paid you better think again.

Results speak louder than words.

When you ask for advice on a site where the majority of users are amateurs then what do you expect? Perhaps go somewhere that there are people who will give you the advice you want or perhaps you'd just prefer a bunch of nobodies all telling you that every image you post is fantastic.
